Congressman Kucinich told the Plain Dealer that he's ending his presidential campaign. He garnered little support in that race, winning no more than 1 percent in any primary or caucus. In a video posted to the newspaper's website, Kucinich says he plans to make a lengthy statement tomorrow at noon.
KUCINICH: I made a decision that I'll share with you. Actually, I'm going to have a news conference where I will be announcing that I'll be transitioning out of the presidential campaign.
Kucinich says he has no plans to endorse another democratic presidential nominee. He will focus now on holding his seat in congress. He faces four democratic challengers in the March 4th primary, who have been attacking him for neglecting his district while making a quixotic run for the presidency.
