Voters walk into a polling place in Cleveland's Central neighborhood.

In less than two weeks, Ohio begins early voting. So once again, the candidates and their top surrogates are crisscrossing the battleground state.

WKSU and ideastream political reporters M.L. Schultze and Nick Castele talk about the attempts to motivate voters.

Nick Castele was a senior reporter covering politics and government for Ideastream Public Media. He worked as a reporter for Ideastream from 2012-2022.
