Welcome to the 18th season of Applause!

VIOLINS OF HOPE: On this episode we look at the inspiring story behind the Violins of Hope exhibit opening at the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage, and the long journey to bring the Violins of Hope to Cleveland from Tel Aviv, Israel.

TEMPLE TIFERETH-ISRAEL: We look at the site of one of the first Violins of Hope programs, the Temple Tifereth-Israel at East 105 th Street, the historic home of the second oldest Jewish congregation in Northeast Ohio. And how the Temple is finding new life as a performing arts center in collaboration with Case Western Reserve University.

REINBEGER GALLERY: The final piece of the puzzle in the Campus Unification Project at the Cleveland Institute of Art was recently clicked into place. We’ll preview the opening of the Reinberger Gallery on the campus of the CIA.
