Medical Errors, Water Infrastructure and Cavs Playoffs

Cancer and heart disease are the leading causes of death in this country. The third, according to researchers, isn't even an an option on death certificates: medical error. On The Sound of Ideas, we'll examine the research and discuss the push for doctors to report errors in order to prevent them in the future.
