The United States Environmental Protection agency has announced it will repeal the Clean Power Plan implemented under President Obama. In making the decision, the EPA chief Scott Pruitt declared quote" The war on coal is over."  What impact will the decision have here in Ohio where the rule was put on hold by legal challenges?    Plus, nearly a month after Hurricane Maria made a devastating landfall on Puerto Rico, residents there are struggling just for the basics: food, medicine, water and fuel. We will discuss the relief efforts and impact to Puerto Rico with a Lorain Councilman who has just returned.
