The Salvation Army Bringing Hope To East Cleveland

For decades, East Cleveland has been bedeviled by loss of population, and loss of investment dollars. 
But The Salvation Army is taking a different path and built a  brand new $10 million  community center  to help those who have decided to stay. 
The building has only been open for a year but it has already made a lasting impact on the community.
