Infant Mortality Rate Down; Seniors And Medicaid; Church Bells Ringing

There's finally better news to share on Cuyahoga County's infant mortality rate. But there's also still a long way to go.

Long-term care for our seniors is expensive, and they use medicaid as well as  medicare. In Ohio, the elderly and the disabled make up only about 12 percent of Medicaid recipients.

And there's a live music soundscape now playing most days in university circle. That's thanks to fifteen thousand pounds worth of bells.
