New Lake Erie Bill Of Rights Faces Court Challenge; Accelerate 2019 Citizens Make Change

A citizens led effort to give Lake Erie the same rights and protections as people have has passed in Toledo.  In a special election that saw turnout at under 10-percent of voters, the Lake Erie Bill of Rights passed.  But the first court challenge to the legitimacy of the measure has been filed in district court.  It's expected other challenges will follow.    We'll discuss the Lake Erie Bill of Rights with a longtime enviornmental writer at The Toledo Blade.     Then, we'll turn our attention to some of the particpants in the Accelerate 2019: Citizens Make Change pitch contest.  We'll discuss some of the prize-winning ideas they have to improve and move Cleveland and the region forward.
