Sound of Ideas: Ohio House Speaker Resigns; How Drug/Recovery Courts Work

As the opioid epidemic fills court dockets and jails with addicted defendants, the criminal justice system in many counties has taken a different approach to justice for addicts.  Rather than simply punishing low level offenders, the goal is to get them the treatment they need. There's evidence that it works. Their recovery makes it far less likely that they'll commit crimes again.  We'll hear from judges and drug court defendants about how the process works. 
First up, though, Karen Kasler joins us from the statehouse to discuss the stunning announcement that Ohio House Speaker Cliff Rosenberger will resign.
