Bed-Invading Dog Wins Pet News of the Week May 9 - 13

In a scenario that turns "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" on its ear, Nala, the puppy from Ocoee, Tenn., won the Pet News of the Week for sneaking into a stranger's house, finding the bedroom, and cuddling up between the occupants of the bed!  The theory is that Nala, who had slipped out of her collar and was walking in the woods overnight, became frightened during a storm and entered the first house she encountered through a door that had not been completely shut. She was later returned to her owners, who reportedly have scheduled a play date with the household's other three dogs.
