WCLV listener Joseph from Cleveland broke the tie Monday morning the 8th, resulting in a win for Latte, the Arizona puppy in foster care who is recovering after being carried off by an owl, only to be dropped later in a nearby golf course. In second place was the goat in Utah who had to be carried away from the school bus after he repeatedly tried to follow the children onto the bus.
