WCLV listeners responded quickly and decisively during voting on Friday, Jul. 29 to choose Dexter, the Brittany Spaniel from Colorado that walks on his hind legs, as the Pet News of the Week. When Dexter was struck by a car as a puppy, he lost one front leg, and the other was severely damaged. He used a doggy wheelchair for a while, but eventually adapted by walking upright on his hind legs.
